Retainer

Retainers are NON-REFUNDABLE and required in order to secure the date and time of your session. Retainer must be paid within 48hours of receiving your invoice unless discussed and approved prior to booking. Failure to pay deposit in the time provided may result in invoice being canceled and your date being booked by another client.

Late/Rescheduling

There's a 15 minute grace period. If you are running late, please contact me in a timely manner otherwise you risk your session being canceled.

Rescheduling

Client is allowed to reschedule situation dependent of course, but please be considerate and not wait until the last minute unless it's an emergency. I'm an understanding person in most cases, just respect my time and the fact that this is how I make my living.

No Shows

If client fails to show up for session, a new retainer will need to be paid if they wish to book again. Fefe Jackson Photography will also have the right to refuse future services in order to avoid a repeat offender.

Fefe Jackson Photography also understands that some things are out of our control, so don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns or to make any issues known. I'm an easy going person and timely communication and respect goes a long way with me.

Session Turnaround Time

There will typically be a 5-10 day turnaround time for photo edits to be completed once client finishes making their selections, so please plan to book accordingly if you need them by a certain date. This will also be dependent on current workload at the time and session type. If I feel that edits may not be completed in that timeframe, I will communicate that to client ahead of time.
